Fastest option: delete in-app
If you can access the Synceria app, you can delete your account instantly in Settings. Your profile is hidden immediately, and we schedule permanent deletion within 30 days.
1. Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open Synceria and go to Account & Settings
- Choose Delete Account and confirm the request
- Your profile is hidden immediately and scheduled for deletion in 30 days
- You can cancel within the 30-day grace period if you change your mind
2. Request deletion on the web
Use this form if you cannot access the app. We will verify your identity before completing the request.
What happens next
- We confirm your identity and may request additional information
- We respond within 45 days (an extension may apply where allowed)
- Once verified, your account is scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days
- We notify you when deletion is completed
Retention exceptions
- We may retain limited data to comply with legal, safety, or fraud obligations
- We keep audit logs for compliance and security purposes
- Subscription billing is managed by Apple or Google and must be canceled there
