• Background checks: We do not conduct background checks on members.
• Identity verification: We do not verify identity at this time.
• Age verification: We rely on user-provided information and do not perform age verification beyond self-attestation.

3. Reporting and How to Report

You can report profiles or messages in-app or by email:

• Use the in-app Report button on a profile or message
• Email support@vibinllc.com
• For emergencies, contact local law enforcement

4. Enforcement and Appeals

Depending on severity, we may issue warnings, suspend accounts, or ban users.

Appeals for suspensions or bans are available via email to admin@vibinllc.comwith the subject line "Appeal: Ban or Suspension." We may request additional information to review an appeal.

5. Member Notifications After Reports

We do not routinely notify other members who have had contact with a reported user. We may take steps to mitigate risk, including removing content or restricting access.

6. Consent and Sexual Misconduct

Sexual conduct without consent is prohibited by this Safety Policy and may result in criminal or civil liability.
